The TS110 is an exposed fastener The exposed fasteners allow non-progressive installation and provide for individual panel removability without disturbing adajcent panels and without impacting system integrity. The extrusions are vertically oriented. On steel stud wall construction, this requires either the vertical studs be precisely located at TS110 extrusion locations or the usage of structrual stapping to span studs to pick up the extrusions. The system is highly desirable for applications utilizing small module horizontal panel orientations. A version of the TS110 has passed the NFPA 285 multi-story fire test and, therefore, can be used on high rise construction applications. This version is called TS110-285 and the application design must adhere to the established design guidelines for cavity depth and adjacent materials. In addition, the TS110 system has been approved for use in Miami-Dade County.
